Clelia Tufts is a Children's Library Associate at New Hanover County, a position held since October 2021. Prior experience includes a social media intern role at The Marine Mammal Center, where content creation for social media platforms was a primary responsibility. While serving as a Building Substitute at Bethel Public Schools, Clelia engaged with students in grades 3-5 and assisted with classroom management and library organization. As a Naturalist Counselor for the National Audubon Society, Clelia facilitated educational activities for children aged 4-11. Clelia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Biology from Eckerd College, earned in 2020.
