Steve Hoffman

Steve has nearly 30 years of business technology and commercial education experience. He previously served as CEO of iJET International, Inc., CEO of Element K, a provider of corporate learning solutions; and CEO of Prometric, a leader in technology-enabled testing and assessment services. He is also the past President and COO of Blackboard, Inc., a global leader in enterprise technology and innovative solutions serving the education industry. Currently, he serves on the Board of Directors of Knowfully, a provider of professional education in finance, accounting and healthcare; and Cybercore, a provider of secure supply chain solutions to U.S. Federal clients. He holds a B.A. and M.B.A. from the University of Rochester. Steve formerly served on the Board of Directors of Certica Solutions.
