Wilson Souza has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Wilson is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at New Hope Ecotech. Prior to this, they worked as the Interim Chief Technology Officer at Ginga Pay. One of their significant roles was as the CTO - Inovação e Produto at TempoTem, where they managed a team of 22 people and was responsible for technology development, infrastructure, security, database management, and product and user experience. Before that, they were the Head de Inovação at Tempo Assist, where they focused on promoting the agile culture within the company and developing new technologies for insurance services. Wilson also has experience as the CPO at Buscapé Company, managing a team of 16 people and leading the transition from a comparison business model to a marketplace. At Walmart.com - Brasil, they served as the Senior Product Manager of Supply Chain and Development Manager, overseeing strategic planning, delivery management, and development team management. Earlier in their career, they worked at Abril as a Technical Leader, contributing to system architecture and agile methodology coaching, and at Iberia Consultoria as a Software Development Specialist, providing technical support and project implementation for IBM tools.

Wilson Souza earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Information Technology from FIA Business School in 2014. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate degree in Information Technology from Sumaré between 2004 and 2007. Wilson also obtained a Technical Degree in Data Processing from Colégio Luiz Bimbatti from 2000 to 2003.
