New Hope Housing is the oldest and largest provider 
of shelter beds in Northern Virginia. We provide shelter, 
transitional, and permanent housing to homeless families 
and single adults, with support services designed to break the 
cycle of homelessness. We offer innovative responses 
to homelessness in a spirit of hope and hospitality, taking 
in anyone in need and not giving up until we have 
exhausted all possible avenues of change.

The Finance Team at New Hope Housing is responsible for the financial health and sustainability of the organization. The team oversees budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring regulatory compliance to support the shelter, transitional, and permanent housing programs. Members include the Senior Accountant, who handles day-to-day accounting tasks; the Treasurer for 2023-2024, who provides strategic financial oversight; and the Controller, who ensures internal financial controls and accurate financial record-keeping.
