Michelle Hook is currently the Director of Community Engagement at New Hope Housing. Prior to this, Michelle worked as a Coordinator of Education & Engagement at the National District Attorneys Association and as a Volunteer and Community Coordinator at New Hope Housing. Michelle also has experience as a Case Administrator at the Office of the Chapter 13 Trustee and as a Case Administrator Support at the Chapter 13 Trustee Office. Additionally, Michelle worked as a Patient Coordinator at Mt. Vernon Center for Dentistry and as an Executive Secretary at the United States Department of Defense. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Organizational, and Interpersonal from George Mason University.

New Hope Housing is the oldest and largest provider of shelter beds in Northern Virginia. We provide shelter, transitional, and permanent housing to homeless families and single adults, with support services designed to break the cycle of homelessness. We offer innovative responses to homelessness in a spirit of hope and hospitality, taking in anyone in need and not giving up until we have exhausted all possible avenues of change.
