Katie has held various human resources roles at companies such as New Hope Housing, Inc., LaTrelle's Management Corporation, Mexican Restaurants, Inc., and RBEX, Inc. Currently, Katie is serving as the Vice President of People & Culture at New Hope Housing, Inc.
