Firliando's most recent work experience includes working as the Head of QC Aqua Feed at New Hope Liuhe Co., Ltd since June 2021. Prior to that, Firliando worked in marketing at PT. TONGWEI INDONESIA from March 2020 to June 2021. Before that, Firliando served as a Supervisor Lab Mikrobiologi dan PCR/Animal Health Services at PT. Central Proteina Prima, Tbk from February 2018 to December 2019.

From 2014 to 2017, Firliando attended Politeknik Negeri Lampung, where they pursued a D3 degree in "Budidaya Perikanan" (Fisheries Cultivation).
