Cynthia A. Martin has extensive experience in professional services, education, and quality coordination. Currently serving at New Hope of Indiana since October 2016, Cynthia supports special needs adults in their journey towards independent living. Previously, Cynthia worked at OrthoIndy as Education and Quality Coordinator until December 2023, and held various roles including Risk and Quality Analyst Assistant and Administrative Assistant of Quality, Safety, and Education. Additional experience includes an Outreach Administrative Assistant role at Traders Point Christian Church and positions at Pearson and Summit | Team Building & Training in marketing and public relations. Cynthia holds a B.A. in Communication, with a minor in Studio Art from Valparaiso University, a Master of Science in Leadership focused on Non-Profit Organizational Management from Trine University, and a B.A. in Journalism from IUPUI.

Focusing on serving children and adults with developmental disabilities, New Hope regularly supports individuals with disabilities include intellectual disabilities, cerebral palsy, autism, epilepsy, spina bifida, and traumatic brain injuries.
