Kristen Costello is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across the construction and banking sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Director of Marketing at New Horizon Bank since June 2025, Kristen has also been involved with the VCU Kornblau Real Estate Program as a Real Estate Circle of Excellence Member since April 2022. Previous positions include Market Segment Leader at Dewberry, Business Development Manager at Gilbane Building Company, and Director of Business Development at Barton Malow. Kristen's career has been marked by strategic marketing initiatives, brand development, and collaborative project coordination, supported by a strong educational foundation including a Mini Master of Business Administration from the University of Richmond and participation in LEAD Virginia.
