Darlene Rampasaud

Darlene Rampasaud, LCSW-R, SAP, has significant experience in mental health and education, currently serving as a therapist at New Horizon Counseling Center since March 2016. Concurrently, Darlene has been involved with Nassau County Minority Schools since May 2008, conducting workshops as a character educator and sexual health educator. Previous positions include serving as a psychotherapist and clinical social worker at Madonna Heights Family Service Clinic from April 2011 to February 2016, where evaluations and cognitive behavioral therapy were provided. Additionally, Darlene worked as an HIV educator at the Leadership Training Institute from May 2008 to January 2010. Darlene holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Adelphi University and multiple Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Hofstra University.
