Chao-Ming Ying

Chao-Ming Ying, Ph.D. has extensive experience in supply chain management and consulting. Chao-Ming is currently a Managing Partner at Analytics United, LLC, where they specialize in Oracle Demantra and supply chain planning cloud implementation. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at New Horizon Soft, LLC, a global enterprise software company focused on improving supply chain operations. Chao-Ming also worked at Hitachi Consulting as the Director of Consulting Services, leading supply chain transformation projects for various clients. Before that, they were the President of Boston Galaxy, Inc., where they oversaw the implementation of collaborative demand forecast and marketing effectiveness systems for clients such as C&S Wholesales Grocers and Dunkin Donuts. Chao-Ming also worked at Demantra, Inc. as a Product Manager and Senior Solution Architect, as well as at i2 Technologies, Inc. as a Senior Consultant, leading implementation projects for customers in the automotive and industrial sectors. Chao-Ming holds a Ph.D. in Supply Chain Management.

Chao-Ming Ying, Ph.D., holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, which they obtained from 1996 to 1999. Prior to their Ph.D., they completed their Master of Science in Chemical Engineering at the same institution from 1996 to 1998. Chao-Ming Ying also earned their Bachelor of Science in Control Science and Engineering from Zhejiang University, where they studied from 1989 to 1993. Additionally, they attended Zhoushan High School for an unspecified period and did not acquire a degree or specify a field of study.
