Laurie Hall, MSc, PCC, L6S Blackbelt, is the Founder and CEO of New Horizon Strategies, LLC, established in May 2011, focusing on inspiring sustainable change in organizations through consulting, coaching, and facilitation. Laurie has extensive experience in leadership and organizational consulting, having served as a Senior Consultant, Facilitator, and Executive Coach for Primeast Ltd from May 2014 to December 2019. Laurie's notable tenure at NASA includes roles such as Sustainability Champion at the Johnson Space Center and various positions managing Environmental Control Life Support Systems for the International Space Station. With a strong academic background in Technical Management and Engineering, including an Executive Coaching certification, Laurie Hall combines technical expertise with leadership development to drive transformation within organizations.
