Chyllaum Foster has a diverse work experience in human resources and logistics. Chyllaum is currently working as a Human Resources Director at New Horizons Baking Company since October 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Rise Baking Company as a Human Resource Generalist III, where they designed and implemented a human capital management framework and conducted various training sessions for employees. Chyllaum also has experience as a Human Resources Generalist at Bay Valley Foods, where they provided supervisor training, analyzed staffing issues, and developed strategies to meet organizational needs. Chyllaum Foster also served as a Human Resources Supervisor at Case Foods, Inc., where they were responsible for various HR practices, employee relations, recruitment, and compliance with employment regulations. Before entering the field of HR, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at C&D Trucking and as a Logistics Coordinator at KBR, Inc.
Chyllaum Foster pursued their education from 2003 to 2008 at Shaw University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management. After completing their undergraduate studies, they went on to attend Troy University from 2009 to 2014, where they earned a Master's degree in Human Resources Management.
