Luke Buckley has worked for New Horizons Enterprises Limited since 2009, holding various positions including Operations Manager Housing & Independent Living, Acting Chief of Customer Service, Regional Manager North Coast, Senior Manager, and Regional Coordinator. In 2021, they became the Chief Operations and Service Delivery Officer at the company. Prior to working at New Horizons Enterprises Limited, Luke was a Team Leader at Mission Australia from 2007 to 2009.
Luke Buckley attended the University of New England (AU) from 2001 to 2003, where they pursued a degree in Social Science with a focus on Psychology. In 2016, Luke received a Prosci Change Management Certification from Being Human. That same year, they also earned a Graduate Certificate in Management from the Macquarie Business School. Prior to that, in 2010 and 2011, Luke studied at the Mental Health Coordinating Council, completing an Advanced Diploma in Community Services Management. In 2007, Luke attended the New South Wales Institute of Psychiatry, specializing in Mental Health Recovery and staff Supervision.
