Clare van Rensburg

Clare van Rensburg is currently working as an Onboarding Lead at Horizons, where they also hold the title of Senior Account Manager and HR - Account Manager. They are a Leadership and well-being coach at their own Professional & Personal Well-being Coaching company. In the past, they have worked as a Digital Project Manager at JIMBU and as an Employee Experience Designer at DigitLab. Clare has experience as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and has owned a confectionery business in the past. With a background in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, as well as a BSocSci in Political and International Studies, Clare brings a diverse skill set to their roles.
