Phil Pack

Phil Pack is the Chief Executive Officer at New Horizons Mental Health Services, overseeing operational aspects of a community mental health facility. Prior to this, Phil was the Program Coordinator for Crisis Services at Mountain Comprehensive Care Center. Phil holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Berea College and a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University.
