Carly Pompei

Carly Pompei is an accomplished industrial engineer currently employed at New Hudson Facades since April 2022. Previously, Carly served as an Operations Industrial Engineer Trainee at the United States Postal Service, where valuable contributions included supporting optimization projects and establishing a networking group for young women in the organization. Prior experience also includes internships at Plexus Corp. in both Industrial Engineering and Quality Engineering, focusing on continuous improvement, ergonomic enhancements, and compliance for biomedical devices. Earlier roles included an engineering internship with the City of Elizabeth, where cost analyses and compliance checks were conducted. Carly holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech.
