Deirdre Kelly B Comm has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 1994. Deirdre has held various roles in customer service, staff development, broker services, and operations management. Before that, they were the Head of Staff Development (Customer Function) at Bank of Ireland Life from May 2007 to May 2009. Prior to that, they held management positions at New Ireland Assurance and Bank of Ireland Insurance & Investments. Their earlier experience includes roles in customer operations and service management, as well as project management and private client management at Bank of Ireland Asset Management and Investment Bank of Ireland.

Deirdre Kelly B Comm completed their high school education at St Marys Secondary School from 1982 to 1987. Deirdre then pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Banking and Finance at University College Dublin from 1987 to 1990. Following this, they obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Practice, specializing in Banking and Finance and Marketing, from University College Dublin in 1990-1991.
