Greg O'Shea

Greg O'Shea is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across educational and corporate environments. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at New Jersey American Water since July 2021, Greg has also held senior HR positions at American Water and previously transformed HR operations at Rutgers - State University of New Jersey. Notable achievements include the establishment of a Human Resources Center of Excellence, the implementation of diversity training programs, and the revitalization of HR functions across multiple campuses. Greg's career began with Hyatt Corporation, where significant contributions to HR practices were made over an 11-year tenure.
