Joseph Batista

Joseph Batista is currently the Bilingual Intake and Outreach Coordinator at New Jersey Citizen Action and the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Steps To Success Nonprofit Organization. Previously, Joseph worked as an Employment and Education Coordinator at The GEO Group, Inc. and participated in programs such as the Governor's Hispanic Fellows Program and an internship at More Than Bootstraps. With a Master's degree in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Joseph has demonstrated skills in program management, community engagement, fundraising, and leadership development.
