Rotem Elias is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in underwriting and portfolio management, currently serving as a Senior Underwriter at New Jersey Community Capital since January 2023. Prior to this role, Rotem held the position of Senior Underwriting Analyst at Dwight Capital, specializing in FHA/HUD lending for multifamily and healthcare properties. Additional experience includes roles as Underwriting Analyst and Sizing Analyst at Citi, and as an Investments Associate at Venture Capital Properties. Rotem holds an MBA in Finance from Baruch College and a BS in Marketing Management from Yeshiva University.
