Kevin Milton

Kevin Milton is currently a Law Clerk at the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division since July 2022. Previously, Kevin served as a Summer Associate at Scarinci Hollenbeck, where contributions included brief and memo drafting and research in various legal areas. An internship at the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit involved assisting with research and writing tasks related to cases, analyzing rehearing petitions, and cite-checking draft opinions. Earlier experience includes an internship at DeBartlo & Co., where pitch drafting and social media management occurred, and being a Research Assistant at Lafayette College, focusing on investigative research in political theory and domestic extremism. Additional experience includes an externship with the Federal Communications Commission, providing insights into the inner workings of a federal agency. Kevin holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government and English from Lafayette College.
