Bob Howe

Bob Howe is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Associate Director of Information Systems for the New Jersey Education Association (NJEA) since August 2025. Prior to this role, Bob held the position of Information Technology Services Manager at Oldcastle APG from July 2022 to July 2025, following the company's acquisition of Barrette Outdoor Living, where Bob was IT Services Manager from January 2013 to June 2022 after Barrette's acquisition of Railing Dynamics, Inc. Bob's extensive background includes positions as IT Manager and Systems Administrator at Railing Dynamics, Inc. from November 2003 to December 2012, managing comprehensive IT operations and network security during significant business growth. Earlier experiences include roles in office administration and customer service, supported by a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science & Information Systems from Stockton University.
