Charlene Nicholson

Charlene Nicholson, MAcc, currently serves as the Controller and Assistant Director of NJII Financial Operations at the New Jersey Innovation Institute, a position held since March 2019. With extensive experience in financial management, Charlene has held various roles, including Senior Accounting Manager at AHS Investment Corporation and Director of Finance at East Orange General Hospital. A licensed real estate agent for Weichert Realtors since September 2003, Charlene has a strong foundation in finance, having previously worked as Manager of Finance & Administration at the New Jersey Institute of Technology and in key accounting positions at RWJBarnabas Health and The Arc of Somerset County. Charlene holds both a Master's Degree and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Bloomfield College.
