Tom Nehila

Tom Nehila, MBA, CMA, serves as Chief Financial Officer for the New Jersey Innovation Institute since November 2023, where the role focuses on fostering innovation that positively impacts the economy and participant welfare. Prior to this, Tom held the position of Managing Director at Limitless Results, LLC from 2019 to December 2023, consulting for companies aiming to enhance the CFO role beyond traditional financial oversight. As Chief Financial Officer for The Global Trust Project between 2020 and 2022, Tom contributed to building trust based on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Additional experience includes Vice President of Global Finance Transformation at Volt Information Sciences, where Tom led a major finance transformation initiative, and similar roles at Reader's Digest Association and Avaya, where achievements included significant cost reductions and innovative operational strategies. Tom holds an MBA in International Finance from Seton Hall University, alongside a BA in Business Administration from Rutgers University and executive education certifications from Babson College and the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
