Angel Swai

Angel Swai, MBA, sHRBP-HCI, currently serves as the Director of Employee Benefits and Wellness at the New Jersey Institute of Technology since August 2020, following roles including Manager of Employee Benefits and Benefits and Wellness administrator. With extensive experience in human resources, Angel has previously worked as an HR Specialist at Saint Peter’s College and held multiple roles at Essex County Community College, where responsibilities included managing employment verification, payroll submissions, and employee records confidentiality. An early career included providing support in child support enforcement at the Hudson County Courthouse. Angel holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Saint Peter's University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Corrections from the same institution.
