Courtney G Durham, ESQ. currently serves as the Employee and Labor Relations Business Partner at the New Jersey Institute of Technology, where analytical skills are utilized to develop recommendations and facilitate communication with HR and Legal teams on complex employment matters. Durham holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Howard University School of Law and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
