Frances Haies

Frances Haies, MBA, PMP has a diverse work experience in project management and academia. Frances is currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at NJIT, Martin Tuchman School of Management. Prior to this, they held the position of Director Portfolio and Project Management at New Jersey Institute of Technology. From 2008 to 2022, Frances worked at Rutgers University (legacy UMDNJ) in various roles, including Enterprise Project Management Office, Project Manager, Assistant Director, and Manager of Project Management. Frances also has experience as an Infrastructure Project Manager and Consultant at Patel Consltants Corp, where they managed the full IT project lifecycle. Earlier in their career, they worked as an International Project Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, responsible for executing large-scale construction projects. Frances holds an MBA and a PMP certification.

Frances Haies, MBA, PMP completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program from Montclair State University from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Physics from Wagner College between 1989 and 1993.
