Ryan Mass

Ryan Mass has a diverse work experience spanning over different companies and roles. From 2006 to 2009, they worked at Initiative as a Buyer, where they implemented purchasing strategies and recommendations for clients and managed key accounts. At CBS Corporation, their role from 2009 to 2015 was as a Sales Planner, where they handled network sales. Later, at the New Jersey Institute of Technology, they served in various roles including Manager of Graduate Certificates and Online Proctoring, Manager of Non Credit Development, and Enrollment Services Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Professional Development & Executive Education at the institute.

Ryan Mass earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Ramapo College of New Jersey in 2005. Ryan is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Applied Leadership & Management - Global & Public Affairs at Thunderbird School of Global Management, expected to be completed in 2024.
