Samuel Strum has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in data management, business intelligence, and analytics. Samuel is currently the Director of Business Intelligence at the New Jersey Institute of Technology, where they lead and evolves analytics and data science initiatives. Prior to this, Samuel worked as an Adjunct Professor at Yeshiva University, teaching structured data management. Samuel also co-founded SaSm Enterprises, a data consulting and training company. Earlier in their career, they held various leadership positions at Prudential Financial, INTTRA, Pfizer, Wyndham Worldwide, Polo Ralph Lauren, AT&T, and Merck & Company, Inc. Notable accomplishments include leading data warehousing and business intelligence projects, migrating to the AWS Cloud, and creating revenue-generating visualization products. Samuel's expertise lies in establishing robust data and analytics platforms to support organizational goals.
Samuel Strum holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Systems from Drexel University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Lafayette College.
