Sanjiv Chokshi

Sanjiv Chokshi has extensive work experience in the field of intellectual property law. Sanjiv started their career in 2003 at McCarter & English, LLP, where they focused on patent preparation and prosecution, as well as conducting investigations on patent infringement and patent validity. Sanjiv also provided support to clients in patent litigation. In 2015, Chokshi joined Prediqtus as a Vice President, and in 2016, they moved on to the New Jersey Institute of Technology, where they currently serve as the Associate General Counsel and Director of Intellectual Property.

Sanjiv Chokshi obtained their J.D. degree from the University of New Hampshire School of Law (formerly Franklin Pierce Law Center) from 1996 to 1999. Prior to that, they earned a B.S. degree in Pharmacy from Rutgers University between 1989 and 1994.
