James Hogan

James Hogan is an experienced operations manager at NJMEP since June 2015, overseeing Salesforce administration, IT management, and project management, along with conducting business data analysis and managing key performance indicators. Previously, James served in operations support at NJMEP, where responsibilities included project management and IT support. James's background also includes office administration and food service at Madison Area YMCA's Kirby Child Care Center from May 2009 to May 2015, where duties involved reporting to the Department of Agriculture and preparing meals for 300 children. Earlier experience includes summer support staff at the Madison Borough Board of Education from 2005 to 2008. James holds a Bachelor's Degree from Montclair State University and an Associate's Degree in Business from Morris County Community College.
