Melissa Abraham

Melissa Abraham serves as Assistant General Counsel at New Jersey Resources since September 2021, following a tenure as an Associate in Capital Markets at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP from September 2015 to August 2021. Academic contributions included roles as Articles Editor and Staff Editor for Cardozo Law Review, along with serving as Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Melissa's legal experience encompasses an Alexander Fellowship at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, a Summer Associate position at Ballon Stoll Bader & Nadler PC, a Student Intern role at the Cardozo Securities Arbitration Clinic, and a Judicial Intern position in the Supreme Court of the State of New York. Melissa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Penn State University and holds a law degree from Cardozo School of Law.
