Dania R. is a co-founder, producer, writer, and director at Cocotazo Media since August 2018, known for the creation of the award-winning series Timestorm and involvement in NJPAC On the Mic and Songs on Site. Dania serves as guest faculty in the MA/MFA Creative Writing Program at Wilkes University and has been an audio producer, curriculum writer, and teaching artist at NJPAC since January 2003, focusing on performing arts and literary residencies for students from Pre-K through Grade 12. Recent work includes writing a leveled reader picture book companion story for McGraw Hill's New Literacy Program with Literary Safari. Previous experience includes roles as a playwright, teaching artist, and director at Writers Theatre of New Jersey and as a creative writing instructor at Writopia Lab. Dania holds an MA in Creative Writing from Wilkes University and a BFA in Theatre from Montclair State University.
