Daniel Silverstein is a seasoned arts professional currently serving as the Senior Manager of On-Site Programs at New Jersey Performing Arts Center since September 2017, where responsibilities include delivering high-quality Arts Education Training and Summer Programming. Prior to this role, Daniel worked as a Programs and Faculty Coordinator and Drum Set Instructor at Mason Gross Extension Division, Rutgers University, managing pre-college arts programs and providing individual drum instruction. Daniel has also contributed as a staff musician at Rutgers University and as a Drum Set Instructor at School of Rock. As a freelance musician since January 2005, Daniel performs in jazz, rock, and funk groups at notable venues including The Bitter End and Chris' Jazz Cafe. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Jazz Performance from Rutgers University, earned in 2011.
