Jasmine Chay

Jasmine Chay is a seasoned professional in real estate and project management, currently serving as Project Lead for Real Estate & Capital Projects at New Jersey Performing Arts Center since January 2024. Jasmine operates as a Principal Freelancer and Fractional Project Manager with The Outside Lab since May 2017, focusing on hospitality real estate and social impact projects. Previous experience includes roles as Acquisitions Associate at The Community Development Trust, Multi-Family Acquisition Fellow at New Jersey Community Capital, and Project Manager for the Museum Parc project at The Newark Museum of Art. Jasmine was an Organizer for the inaugural TEDxMaplewood event and held multiple positions at Wyndham Worldwide, including Vice President of Strategic Development. Jasmine holds an M.Sc. in Hospitality Industry Studies from New York University, a Certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments & Asset Management from Cornell University, and several other relevant qualifications from prestigious institutions.
