Marlie Massena is the Trustee at New Jersey Performing Arts Center Corporation. Marlie has also worked as the Marketing Director at Bloomingdale's from October 2018 to May 2021. In this role, they were responsible for strategizing and executing omni-channel, integrated marketing programs that drove over $200 million in sales. This involved managing digital marketing, media strategy and experiential programming while partnering with wholesale vendors and multiple teams across all channels to strategically align multi-brand goals, establish metrics to track program effectiveness and ROI, and partnering with sales & analytics teams on brand loyalty programs.

Prior to their work at Bloomingdale's, Marlie was with cYOUrated where they managed promotional content for Bloomingdales.com, email campaigns and digital marketing tools along with paid and organic social posts driven by customer reporting analysis and key product launches.

Marlie has also driven consumer engagement through the development of strategic media plans, events and marketing initiatives, including launching and managing regional influencer campaign programs. Furthermore, they have lead regional integrated marketing campaigns, external partnerships and corporate-led cause marketing campaigns (Kind Campaign, Best Friends Animal Society, BCRF) to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and increase market share.

In their efforts to enhance the brand, Marlie has secured event sponsorships with partners such as NJPAC, American Heart Association, and Equinox for co-branding opportunities and community relations initiatives.

Marlie Massena has a digital marketing certificate from Cornell University and a bachelor's degree in communications and international business from Ramapo College of New Jersey. Marlie is also certified by Cornell University in digital marketing.
