Nicole Shantè White is a spoken word instructor at Bank Street College of Education, where Nicole Shantè develops curriculum for groups of students and utilizes positive behavior management strategies. Nicole Shantè also works as an in-school residency programs teaching artist at New Jersey Performing Arts Center, where Nicole Shantè designs and executes performing arts lesson plans for students. Additionally, Nicole serves as a partnership dean at Sadie Nash Leadership Project, facilitating curriculum on sisterhood and leadership.
