Rolston Cyril Watts has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. In 2002-2003, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Mercy University, specializing in Business and Organizational Leadership. Rolston Cyril furthered their academic achievements by obtaining a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Health Administration from Warren National University between 2005 and 2008. In addition to their formal education, Rolston also holds a certification in Indoor/Outdoor Place of Assembly Safety Personnel from the New York City Fire Department, which they obtained in April 2015.
