Jacqueline K. Shea

Ms. Shea joined New Jersey Resources (NJR) in June 2016. As Vice President and Chief Information Officer, she is responsible for advancing NJR’s strategic goals through the investment, planning and management of the company’s information technology portfolio, including information infrastructure, internet and business applications, end-user support and cyber security.

Prior to her current position, Ms. Shea served as Chief Information Officer at Godiva Chocolatier and as Senior Vice President of Information Technology and Chief Information Officer for Tommy Hilfiger North America.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the State University of New York at Albany.

She currently serves as vice chair of the American Gas Association's Technical Advisory Committee, as a member of the Boards of the Girl Scouts of the Jersey Shore and the Downstream Natural Gas-Information Sharing and Analysis Center (DNG-ISAC) and as a board advisor to the Georgian Court School of Business and Digital Media.
