Cynthia L.

Cynthia L. is an experienced law librarian at the New Jersey State Library since December 2017, focusing on customer service, outreach, legal research, and collection development of legal periodicals. Previously, Cynthia served as Adult Services Supervisor and Adult Services Librarian at the Somerset County Library System, where responsibilities included department management, programming, community outreach, and reference services. Cynthia has a background in data analysis from roles at Dow Jones Indexes and Bloomberg LP, in addition to experience as a foundation administrator for the Mary Jacobs Memorial Library Foundation. Academic qualifications include a Master of Library and Information Science from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Rider University, graduating summa cum laude.
