Deinna Mims-Johnson

Deinna Mims-Johnson is a retired Research Law Librarian, having concluded a lengthy career at Thompson & Knight in August 2000, where the primary responsibility involved directing attorneys and paralegals in accessing business and legal resources, as well as locating case, statutory, and regulatory law in both print and electronic formats. Additionally, Deinna briefly served as a Research Consultant at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP in 2016, assisting various legal professionals in obtaining background information on judges, corporate leaders, and corporations. Deinna holds a Master’s Degree in Librarianship from the University of Texas at Austin, a Juris Doctor from Thurgood Marshall School of Law, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Midwestern State University.
