Zack Cohen

Zack Cohen, CPA, currently serves as a Senior Manager at CFGI, where responsibilities include providing technical accounting and M&A support as part of a specialized financial consulting team. Previously, Zack held leadership roles within the New Jersey Society of CPAs, including Chair and Vice-Chair of the Emerging Leaders Council, which supports the development of early career CPAs. Earlier experience includes positions at Prudential Financial as Audit Manager and Senior Auditor, as well as a tenure at Deloitte & Touche, LLP as Audit Senior. Zack earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Business Administration, cum laude, from Muhlenberg College and has engaged in volunteer tax preparation for the Internal Revenue Service. Internships at Rothstein Kass and participation in a mentorship program at Deloitte provided foundational experience in the field.
