Aaliyah Dean

Aaliyah Dean is an experienced professional currently serving as a Talent Acquisition & Outreach Intern at NJ TRANSIT since September 2023. Aaliyah has held multiple roles at Rutgers University-New Brunswick Recreation, including Building Supervisor and Member Services Assistant, where responsibilities encompassed facility management and customer service. Previous experiences include positions as a Waitress at Brunswick Wings LLC, Server/Cashier at Bayside Creamery, and various internships within the insurance and nonprofit sectors, including roles at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, State Farm, and the YMCA. Aaliyah holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations, expected in May 2025, and a Bachelor's degree in Health Administration and Information Technology and Informatics from Rutgers University–New Brunswick, obtained in May 2023.
