Alma Scott-Buczak

Alma Scott-Buczak is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience across various prestigious organizations. Currently serving as Associate Vice President at Lafayette College since July 2016, Alma has a robust history at New Jersey Transit as Assistant Executive Director of Human Resources and as Assistant Executive Director for Succession Planning & Workforce Development. Previous roles include SVP of Human Resources at Innovex and Director of Human Resources at Pfizer, showcasing a blend of strategic oversight and operational expertise. Alma's career began at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, progressing through roles that encompassed economic analysis and organizational redesign. Alma holds an MS in Human Resource Management from The New School and a BA in Economics from Lafayette College.
