Dr. Savita Lachman is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer for NJ TRANSIT since June 2023, Dr. Lachman has previously held leadership roles at SKF Group, Fulton Financial Corporation, Santander Bank, and PNC, focusing on employee development and organizational effectiveness. A former educator, Dr. Lachman’s academic credentials include a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership and Management from Drexel University, alongside advanced degrees in Educational Leadership and Business Administration.
