Daniel (Danny) Gahagan, CAM, currently serves as the Senior Multi-Site Property Manager for Trio, Element, and Mineral Apartments at New Land Enterprises since May 2021, previously holding roles as Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager at KinetiK Apartments and Assistant Property Manager at Jefferson Block. Prior experience includes an interim position as Leasing Manager at Trinity Property Consultants and a Leasing Consultant role at a Milwaukee-based Property Management Firm. Earlier career achievements include management positions at Von Maur and multiple roles at Ellsworth Adhesives, encompassing Continuous Improvement Analyst, Account Specialist, and Customer Service Representative. Daniel Gahagan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Economics from the University of Minnesota, earned in 2008.
