Sheldon Oppermann

Sheldon Oppermann has extensive work experience in various organizations. Sheldon started their career at Compass Properties, LLC in 2004, where they held the positions of Executive Vice President and later became General Counsel. In 2018, they joined Mallery & Zimmerman, S.C. as a Lawyer. In 2019, they became Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel at New Land Enterprises. In 2021, they joined Weld Riley, S.C. as a Lawyer.

In addition to their professional roles, Sheldon Oppermann has been actively involved in industry associations. Sheldon served as a Board Member and President of the Wisconsin Association for BOMA-WI from 2008 to 2014. Sheldon has also been a member of the Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin and the Institute of Real Estate Management. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Lubar College of Business between 1997 and 2000. Their undergraduate studies were focused on Architecture and Related Services, as they earned a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 1992 to 1997.

In addition to their academic achievements, Oppermann has also obtained several certifications throughout their career. Sheldon became a Fitwel Ambassador through the Fitwel Certification System in December 2017. Sheldon acquired their lawyer status through the State Bar of Wisconsin in May 2016. Oppermann also holds the Real Property Administrator (RPA) certification from BOMI International, which they received in March 2016. Sheldon earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management in September 2008. Furthermore, Oppermann is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Wisconsin since 2008, although the specific date of obtaining this license is not provided.
