Bill Hogan

Bill Hogan is a seasoned operations manager with extensive experience in manufacturing and engineering leadership. Currently serving as the Operations Manager at New Leader Manufacturing, Bill oversees the Cedar Rapids plant. Prior experience includes a Senior Director of Operations role at Prizer-Painter Stove Works, where Bill led operations for two locations and managed multiple departments, including manufacturing operations and quality. During a tenure at Whirlpool Corporation, Bill held various managerial positions, including Senior Engineering Manager and Production Business Unit Manager, overseeing significant production lines and engineering teams. Bill's educational background includes a Master’s in Business Administration from The University of Iowa, a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Iowa State University, and an Associate degree in Tool & Die Making from Hawkeye Community College.
