Jennifer Baker

Jennifer Baker is an accomplished educational professional with extensive experience in instructional design and leadership. Currently serving as Executive Director of eLearning & Design at New Leaders Org since December 2024, Baker previously held various roles within the same organization, including Senior Director of Design and Development and Director of Program Design & Development, focusing on training for school principals and leaders across the U.S. Prior to this, Baker worked at Thomson Reuters as a Senior Instructional Designer/Developer and held positions at Distance Education Co. and Vault.com, among others. Baker possesses a strong academic background with an MST in Education from Pace University, an MFA in Creative Writing from The New School, and a BA in Creative Writing and Comparative Literature from the University of Michigan.
